"In the heart of Palermo"
We stayed here for a week. The staff’s English was
near perfect, and they were very helpful with
arrangements and reservations. The location is
great
– very close to a lot of restaurants and
shopping in
Palermo area. Our room was spacious,
and the towels
were fluffy and large. Breakfast
was a pretty standard
buffet, but still good, and
with coffee drinks. The
lobby had some beautiful
furniture and was very
comfortable, as was the
terrace. The street did bring
in some noise on the
weekend, but it wasn’t too bad.
We even had a
complimentary afternoon tea on the last
day, great
touch.
