"A fancy place"
The Alvear Palace Hotel was very fancy, in fact,
too
fancy for us. The restaurant required formal
wear, and
everything was just too high brow. Don’t
get me wrong,
the staff was still very friendly,
but I guess just
stay there if you’re really
looking for a formal
experience. I would have been
nice for one night, but
it got to be a bit
overwhelming after 5. But besides
that, it was
really high quality, everything was
beautifully
presented and very classic.
